Chi (Qi) energy is found in the body of every living being. It flows in the body in a balanced and orderly manner within its own channels. When this flow stops, the living being dies. The flow slows down due to blockages and dirt in the channels. Diseases also result from the chi balance in the body being disrupted. By clearing the blockages and balancing the chi flow, the living being regains its health. The most important thing to remember is that “Chi” can be directed by the mind. There are statements that Chi energy is bioenergy. It is likened to the electrical energy that powers the body. Thus, we can see the aura as the electromagnetic field surrounding the body.

"There is nothing softer and weaker than water; but there is nothing like it in warfare with the hard and strong! For there is nothing that can take its place. The weak triumph over the strong, and the soft triumph over the hard; this is a truth that everyone knows but no one puts into practice." Lao-Tzu
