Reflexology

The first place of application of reflexology is considered to be ancient India, China or Ancient Egypt. Throughout history, ancient civilizations have applied this method to many ailments and diseases and have achieved good results. This method, which has always existed traditionally in the East, was brought to the West, the center of Modern Medicine, by Dr. William H. Fitzgerald in the early 1900s.
As far as is known, the working principle of reflexology is based on the stimulation of reflex points on the hands and feet, and the electrochemical messages that emerge with the help of nerve cells and neurons, and the biomagnetic messages with the help of their own channels, stimulating the relevant organs and supporting their work. In other words, there is a point on the soles of the hands and feet where each organ and hormone gland is reflected. For example; reflexology application to the liver point on the foot stimulates the liver and encourages it to function properly.
Benefits of Regular Reflexology
Since each person's discomfort combination is different, a state of well-being can be seen in a single massage session, and positive effects can occur after a certain period of time with consistent sessions. This varies according to the person and the discomfort.
