Among the people of our age, natural movements and postures are not as they should be. We acquire basic coordination skills spontaneously as a small child, but as we grow up and leave childhood behind, most of us begin to deteriorate. In modern life, misuse of the body has become so commonplace that it is a pity that most of us are not even aware of it. We unconsciously misuse our bodies, which have a great capacity for adaptation, starting from childhood. Therefore, sooner or later, we pay the price for this with a lot of tension-related disorders and experience the suffering of disappointments brought by our failure to achieve the goals we consider important in life. The main reason for all of them is misuse of the body.

Jogging

It is a fast-paced natural sport between running and walking. Many medical authorities support jogging as a heart exercise and general physical conditioning exercise and generally recommend doing it every other day. Sports medicine specialist Prof. Richard Rost has mentioned many benefits of brisk walking / jogging. Warming up before jogging, wearing suitable shoes and light clothes specially made for running, having a suitable jogging technique and good health in general (also keeping the running goal within reasonable limits) are the necessary conditions for doing this exercise safely. Exercise should be started with warm-up exercises and the rhythm should be gradually increased.

Swimming

Swimming is one of the basic sports for body development where all body muscles are used. It is enough to spend one hour for swimming two or three days a week. This period can be improved with stretching exercises before working on land. There is no age for learning. Human nature knows how to stay in the water and to be able to move. Regular swimming exercise reduces smoking and alcohol habits in people who do the exercise, and also prevents obesity. The rate of stillbirth and premature birth is remarkably low in women who do swimming exercise before and during pregnancy.
